03 Art Show brings together 3 artists from the area code 03, who all draw from their local environment and push the boundaries of their practice.
Emma Milburn has been exhibiting for the past ten years. Her painting is focused on reflecting human interaction within time and space, especially our concept of time, the narrative within it, repetition and the impact on our subconsciousness. Philip James Frost is a graduate of the Dunedin School of Art (1998). His latest ideas are concerned with ideas of technology, obscurity and absence. James Bell is a fellow graduate of Frost and works with abstract landscapes that are based around ideas of what the land means to him.
