The Blue Oyster prioritises projects that are speculative, experimental and display innovative art practice. Curatorial decisions are based on the depth and quality of the project regardless of career stage. As a non-profit organization we prioritise new work that is not commercially orientated. We aim to broaden interest in, and understanding of, contemporary arts by providing a forum for discussion and debate regarding contemporary art issues. Projects will be considered on this basis.
